Salesperson/Operations Supervisor – (Southern Virginia)

Stuart Dean is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor/Salesperson for its Southern Virginia division (this position will be working remotely from the individual’s home office). This position provides supervisory leadership for the operations and field services as well as being the salesperson for the growing Southern Virginia market.  This individual is charged with day-to-day communication with Administrative, Sales and Technical teams.  In addition, this position assists with scheduling manpower pursuant to client needs and projects and in accordance with Company guidelines on direct labor management.  The Operations Supervisor/Salesperson will be expected to foster the Company’s culture and promote and exemplify its values of Fairness, Accountability, Mutual Respect, Integrity and Loyalty.

Principle Operational Responsibilities

  • Supervises (6-7 Technicians), coordinates and performs activities associated with the Operations department and Technicians as directed by the General Manager.
  • Assists the General Manager in running the office and the functions performed by the Technicians in a safe, professional and efficient manner in conjunction with standards and procedures set forth by the Company and its respective clients.

  • Hands-on responsibility for the day-to-day operational efficiency of the crews and ensuring all equipment is in good order and materials are stocked.
  • Responsible for daily/nightly communication and/or necessary travel to job sites with crews on assignment. Addresses any issues regarding following SOP’s, safety, equipment, materials and supplies.
  • Performs remote check-ins and on-site inspections of work completed and in progress and reports any issues, concerns, and work results to the General Manager.

Stuart Dean is seeking an experienced Office Administrator for its Tustin office.  This part-time position (20-24 hrs/week) will be the first point of contact and communications for the Tustin office.  In addition, the Office Administrator will support the Tustin team with their administrative needs and will be responsible for functional areas of office support, timesheets and payroll, and Human Resource transactions such as processing new hires, terminations, changes in status, etc.
